Well it all depends on if they are just trying to monitor your heart of if they are trying to diagnosis a heart problem. There is a 3 lead EKG used for monitering the heart, and a 12 lead EKG used for diagnosing most heart problems. A 3 lead the most you would need to take off is your shirt. A 12-lead you would need to take your shirt and bra off. But trust me it is no big deal. Nudity is something that about every health care professional deals with every day. Don't sweat it! ;-)
