During My 27 Weeks Pregnancy Placenta Is Located In Fundo-posterior Wall Of Uterus So Can I Have A Normal Vaginal Delivery ?

Placenta is located in fundo-posterior wall of uterus with grade I maturity during 27 weeks ultrasound report.this is my second issue. First issue is 8 years before and it is cesearian delivery. can this time it is normal condition for vaginal delivery?

This position of placenta is commonest and safest, so be assured on this front.
Chances of a normal vaginal delivery after a C section 8 years ago, the answer is YES. But the major deciding factor is whether there is any disproportion between size of pelvis and head of baby. Depending on cause of previous cesarean, you may aaccordingly discuss with your obstetrician.
There are some causes, which repeat themselves over subsequent pregnancy... e.g premature rupture of membranes.
The decision of NORMAL DELIVERY versus C-section is guided by many factors and is best left in the hands of clinician.
