During Pregnancy Fetus Very Active, Moving In Seconds. Can I Be Pregnant With Twins?

Hi I was curious since my baby is so active inside me at 14 weeks like trying to find the heart beat, the baby moves from one side to the other in seconds could it be possible that I'm pregnant with twins. However first ultrasound at 8 weeks shows only one baby

hi ultra sound is correct its only one baby u feeeling pulsation of aorta vessels and thinking that its another baby and feeling your own pulastion
