During The 33 Week Pregnancy The Fetus Weight Is 1500gm Is There Any Thing To Bring To Normal?

Hi ,

My wife is in the 33rd week of her pregnancy and baby's weight is 1500 gm only . From some sites I know that its underweight . Is there a way to balance the weight before the delivery . Also our Dr asked her to take 2 doses of betnesol injection in 24 hours gap .

Please advice .

Hello, it is a very less weight for 33 week pregnancy.
Take betnesol as it will help in lung maturity and you may have a preterm birth with cesarean section in case there is some problem with the baby
