Early Pregnancy Tests But Negative Pregnancy Tests. Any Other Illness That Causes Stretching Of Ribs ?

Lately, I felt I'm pregnant but have a negative pregnancy urine test six times. If I'm pregnant I'll be in my 7 weeks now. I have experience some of the early pregnancy and look to see if it is actually other disease that are similar to some of the pregnancy symptoms or mimic it. So, I want to know if there other possible illness that can cause rib stretching? The reason my saying this becauses recently I had to change to a different bra size so I don't feel suffocated.
