Early, Short Periods With Minor Cramping And Thick White Discharge. Not On Birth Control. History Of Regualar Periods. Suggest
I am 39 years old. Not on birth control. I have been regular with my periods since I was 11. The last 2 months I have had short periods. They usually last 5 days. Last 2 months they lasted 2 days. Also my 28 day cycle is now like 22. Also I have had some very minor cramping and now there is a thick white discharge. Thoughts?

From history it seems that this problem might be due to hormonal changes taking place at this age.
Having thick white discharge might be due to some infection in your genital tract.
consult Gynaec and get examined.
