Most women who have a miscarriage will carry their next pregnancy with no complications,. The risk of repeat miscarriage is very small, unless you have a known medical problem that can cause miscarriages. The fact that you have no symptoms of pregnancy is also very normal. Not every pregnant woman has the typical symptoms of pregnancy. The important thing is to see your doctor, and have an ultrasound and make sure that your pregnancy is healthy and normal. Then you can relax and and hope that everything will progress normally this time. I hope you have a successful and healthy pregnancy. I hope this helps answer your question, please let me know if you have any more questions.
