Elevated Heart Rate During Sleep, Painful Joints. Suffer From Depression And Anxiety. Cure?
Hi my heart beats realli fast when I sleep, randomly and then my joints feel stiff and start to think I m gonna have a heart attack when this is not the case. Joints are also painful. I am realli tired but can sleep. I get up next morning feeling exausted and unable to funtion. I do suffer from depression and anxiety and taking fluoxetine
You have complaints of rapid heart rate especially during sleep, painful joints, tiredness, non refreshing sleep. Also you have history of depression and anxiety disorder. You are on fluoxetine.
From available information I can tell that these are the features of anxiety itself. And tiredness and poor sleep with non refreshing sleep are features of depression. With fluoxetine alone it might be under partial control. I will advise you to visit a Psychiatrist for necessary dose adjustments in dose of Fluoxetine or also addition of some anti anxiety drug like benzodiazepineclonazepam or similar drug for episodic control of anxiety.
Thanks
