Endoscopy Done. Roof Of Mouth Bruised. Painful. Healing Time?
I had an endoscopy done 5 days ago. Think the roof of my mouth was severely bruised. The pain is at times unbearable and shoots through to my teeth. How do I treat this and should I be concerned? Will it go away soon? Should I welcome or avoid cold/hot foods? Salty? Anything to minimize the brain splitting pain....please.
HI DEAR,FROM YOUR HISTORY IT IS EVIDENT THAT YOU ARE IN AGONY, BUT DONOT WORRY WAIT FOR 3-4 DAYS,BYTHEN IT SHOULD SUBSIDE. MEAN WHILE TAKE GOOD B-COMPLEX AND DO ASPIRIN GORGLES .IT WILL HELP.IF PAIN IS MORE DURING EATING THEN YOU CAN APPLY XYLOCAINE CONTAINING GEL OVER BRUISE. PLEASE AVOID HOT AND SPICY FOOD.
