Enlarged Right Testicle, Hard. Surgery Done To Remove Cyst In Left Testicle. Treatment?
Hi, my name is XXXXX and I m 56, I have noticed that my right testicle is three times larger than my left?! And it is also very hard and is higher than left side?! I also noticed that my testicles don t hang low like before, they are always up high! Do you happen to know why? About ten months ago I had surgery on the left side to remove a cyst and my testicles and scrotum has not been the same since! Thanks

Your symptoms are not specific for one particular cause.You need to get a sonography of scrotum done to know the cause.I think possibility of hydrocele is very likely in your case.
