Enlarged Scrotum, No Pain Or Blood In Urine. Varicocele?

hello i was wondering if i have varicocele . I am 15 years old and the left side of my scrotum i believe has recently gotten larger. It has always been longer than my right testicle but i cant recall it to be this big. I have 1 big vien that is in the back of my left testicle and it worried me a alot and i was curious if it could be varicocele. I have no pain in my scrotum, no blood in urine , and i feel good. I m also wondering if it could be from wearing pants that are too skinny or excessive masturbation. I hope this question gets answered because i am very worried, and by the way i only have 1 large vein that i could see and its on the back of my left testicle.

Hallo
Thanks for your query. You have noticed your left testicle has increased in size recently and one vein on the back of testicle.Since you do not have pain and any sign of urinary infection it could be a Hydrocele. Please consult some surgeon who on clinical examination would be able to tell you about it.But there is nothing to worry about it.
