Episodes Of Increase In Heart Rates, Sweating, Headaches, Holter Test Showed Sinus Tachycardia To Sinus Bradycardia. Suggestion?

Hi, Recently i have been having episodes of extreme heart rate increases, sweating, and headaches. It comes in waves, and gets severe with any activity. I normally have hypotension , and low resting hr. I did a holter for 24 hours, and all the report (that i could understand) said sinus tachycardia to sinus bradycardia . Should i look in to this?

you should certainly have thyroid studies undertaken (TSH at a minimum) to rule this out - hyperthyroidism would be a possible cause.
Anxiety and stress could also be a cause.

Your GP should be able to advise you on the next course of action.
