Erectile Dysfunction, It Is Not Hard Or Strong. Sexual Desire Has Reduced. Having Lower Back Pain

Hello,im a 19 year old guy. I do masturbation from the age of 14 and i was doing it regularly almost every day,but now i have prblem in getting erection and if my penis get erection that erection is not enough hard or strong. My sexulal desire is also affected by this. This problem was started about 5 monts ago and i didnt masturbated from that day.i also having lower back pain or i feel too much tiredness in my lower back. I heard that fush oil is good for sex so im taking fish oil and milk thristel tablets.plz suggest me what should i have to do for getting back to normal.

Hi,

Such problems are not serious at your age. They are due to hormonal changes.

I suggest to :

- do urine analysis to rule out urinary tract infection
- avoid trauma to the penis (such as when masturbating)

If still no improvement, can consult psychologist for further evaluation.
