Esophagus Hurts While Swallowing, Pain In Middle Of Chest And Back After Smoking Meth

I just got over a cold, and I have smoked meth before. Haven t in 5 months, last night and today I smoked it again, and a few minutes after I was done my esophagus (definately NOT my windpipe) started hurting every time i swallow. I feel the pain from in-between my collar bones to the middle of my chest, and when I breathe in it hurts the middle of my back.

It seems you have developed a bad gastritis. This will require you to take Ranitidine or pantoprazole to help with the acidity. The improvement may come in 1-2 days and the treatment needs to be continued for a few wakes. take a bland diet for a few days and avoid smoking meth any further if possible.
