Excessive Hair Fall, Boils On Scalp, Redness, Flaky Skin, Itchiness, Painful. On Irrochel Z And Follihair. What Is The Best Solution?

Dear Doctor, I am experiencing lot of hairfall. There are boils on my scalp. I had visited Richfeel Hair care Centre. There they gave me a scalp Cream to get rid of the itchiness, flaking, boils, redness. The suggested me to eat black raisins soaked in water early morning to get absorb the heat in my body. My scalp is red and sometime it pains. Since my scalp is oily the cream takes 2-3 days to cure the boils on my scalp.
In the Year 2012, I visited an MD for the problem of hairfall. He suggested me Follihair Tabs & Irrochel Z tablets. I took these medicines for 6 months. But then again I experienced hairfall after stopping the oral medication. Now there are lot of boils on my scalp. how do I get rid of it. when hair falls, there is a white small particle like thing at the end.
