Excessive Workout For Weight Loss. Developed Pain Behind Belly Button With Discharge Of Pus And Blood. Does Excessive Workout Lead To Risky Health Problem?
After one month of excessive workout to lose weight and develop abs/muscle, i started to have this pain behind my belly button everytime i stretch that particular part. Today i realized that ot started discharging a small amount of pus and blood. One of my gym partner also experienced the same problem. Therefore i would like to check with you whether this is caused by the excessive workout or something else, and is this a serious/risky health problem... could you kindly advise. Thank u

Yes excessive workout could lead to serious health issues . you always need to visit yout GP and get a routine check up before starting to workout heavily . regarding your belly button pain and discharge this needs a visit to your GP in order to examine the area it might be something trivial but on the other hand could be something more serious . so please pay a visit to your GP get a routine check telling him or her that you want to keep on working out heavily and ask him to examine that area you are concerned about .
