Experienced Burning On The Side Of My Lips After Using Melanocyl Solution
I have some burning on the side of my lips today from using Melanocyl solution 25ml for 4 days now, I did not use it today because of the burning fearing that I may have a broken skin in the area that is burning. The upper lip has become pink and I have exposed my lips 5 minutes to sunlight on alternate days. I have mixed the solution as prescribed in ratio 1:10 with amild colone as directed. Please advised as to any action I can take now. Thank you. ......K
Hi, Thanks for writing to us. You seem to have developed irritation with melanocyl. So discontinue its use for few days and apply a steroid cream like fluticasone twice in a day over affected area. Once the irritation is gone restart it and apply it in small quantity possible and also if required increase the dilution of the medicine. Hope this helped
