Experiencing Body Pain After An Accident

Ok I was in a accident on the 12 of this month I was thrown in the windshield of a 18 wheeler landed on a computer on my right side ive been to the er thay said I was fine its gotten worse I cant lay flat sharp pain runs through my body I can t lay on my right side or bend when I take deep breathes it hurts sharp pain shoots through my body please help me

if you have had x rays that confirmed no fractures ..then it is just contusions that needs ice application in pain sites..
rest .. get a warm shower daily before sleeping ..and it will go on its own in a few days.
