I fear i have lunch cancer, i am very breathless & have had an ached in the right side of my chest & occasional back pain at around the same time. i am not coughing very much but feel as though i need to clear my throat alot. i have lost some weight & all of a sudden have lost my appetite. i am very concerned as i have been reading about symptoms most of which i seem to have.

Bronchitis and lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI) can also cause similar symptoms. Both of these are more common then cancer and easily curable. So better to consult pulmonologist first and get done 1. Clinical examination of respiratory system 2. Chest x ray to rule out lung infection (LRTI) 3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out bronchitis. Chest x ray will also helpful in rule out cancer. So no need to worry for cancer, first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
