Cervical polyps will not normally cause any pain - they will cause intermenstrual / post coital bleeding OR vaginal discharge. As PAP sm was N - it is fairly unlikely for you to have cervical cancer. Re breast discharge - you must get it looked at by Dr for proper breast examination +/- USS &/or mammogram depending on examination findings & any other risk factors. Usually colostrum like breast discharge is due to overactive mammary glands possibly secondary to hormonal changes OR pituitary adenoma ( normally it will cause other symptoms + breast discharge from both the sides|). If you have blood stained discharge that may indicate underlying concerns re cancer. Also another most important test you must have is blood hormonal profile - Estrogen, progesterone, FSH, LH, cortisol, prolactin,testosterone & thyroid fun test. Hope this helps you
