Yess hello ive been two days late im my period i have tender breast and very hard ive been taking cephalexin 500mg for a UTI ive been taking a home pregnancy test they been coming out negative can it be that cephalexin is interfering with my Pregnacy hormone?

Cephalexin intake can cause contraceptive failure by increasing the excretion of oral pills.
But as you failed to get pregnant there is no role of cephalexin in it.
