Hi Dear . As per your query you have red and white spots in throat and you have difficulty in breathing . Well the symptoms you mention in query occur due to many reasons like post nasal drip due to sinusitis , sore throat ( bacterial or viral ) , allergy , acid reflux ,tonsillitis or tonsil stones . As far as breathing difficulty is concern it is very important to seek medical attention . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order throat swab test , viral culture test , CT scan , nasal endoscopy and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) , anti viral , decongestants , anti inflammatory and drug like sucralfate for healing of throat .
