Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are typical of anxiety or panic attacks. At your young age, it is quite common to have a little anxiety.
But, there is nothing to worry about! These complaints are not indicative of any serious medical disorder.
I would just recommend checking your thyroid hormone levels to exclude possible thyroid gland dysfunction and complete blood count for anemia.
If these tests result normal, there is nothing to worry about!

Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes!
