Hello,
In view of the previous history and the present symptoms, you should immediately get into contact with your consultant for further evaluation. You would need monitoring of blood pressure, evaluation of fetal well being, liver and renal function and vision. Please maintain proper diet, restrict the use of salt, improve the intake of liquids based on the renal function, use barley water, take adequate rest in left lateral position as much as possible and get regular monitoring. Wish you safe motherhood.
