Hi,
Welcome to HCM!

I don't see any reason to be worried. It looks like you started working out after a break. In that case, your body is not accustomed to working out. It will surely get tired quite early (even wit just 15 push ups) and you will have a fast heart rate. It certainly doesn't mean that you have a weak heart.

Work out daily and gradually increase the number of push ups and pull ups. WIth time, your body will start getting accustomed and you won't be tired so easily.

Apart from this, if you are above 45 years, I'd suggest you to do a Electrocardiogram (ECG) as well as treadmill test just to rule out any hear condition.

Hope this information helps. Feel free to ask if you have any doubts.

Wish you good health.
With regards
Dr. Sridhar
