Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your clinical description it seems that you have
peripheral vascular disease of your upper limbs. It is a constrictive disease of the blood vessels due to which blood circulation to the peripheries of the limbs decreases. If I were your treating doctor I would have done some clinical examinations and suggested you some tests as follows
- Complete hemogram, fasting and PP blood sugar,
lipid profile, doppler ultrasound of the upper limb vessels (eg: subclavian, brachial arteries) and regular monitoring of your blood pressure; to rule out any comorbid conditions like
Hypertension,
dyslipidemia,
Diabetes mellitus, and to diagnose the vessel involved in the disease.
With proper clinical evaluation and diagnosis you may need to visit a physician and a vascular surgeon for further evaluation and management. Hence, I would suggest you to visit your doctor with these early symptoms to rule out the disease.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Md Firoz Mullick
