Experiencing Pain During Urination & Excess Of White Discharge During After Sex
Hi, my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time. Afterward I had been experiencing sharp pain everytime I urinate. My urine is not clear as usual, but is a little opaque, like milky white. this pain has continued for a week and it has not gone away. What should I do?
Hello, Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query. I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through. Well it seems that you have developed a urinary tract infection. Such urinary tract infections are common after sexual intercourse. The best way to confirm would be to get a urine routine and microscopy done. You need to drink plenty of water and you may need to take some antibiotics like ofloxacin or norfloxacin etc. It may take 2-4 days for things to settle down. Hope I am able to answer your concerns. If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you. In future if you wish to contact me directly, you can use the below mentioned link: bit.ly/dr-srikanth-reddy
