Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
I think without clinical examination its difficult to diagnose the cause.
Most probably the cause may be in the neck due to disc prolapse or the cause may be bicipital tendinitis. You can take short wave diathermy and cervical neck exercise and dont carry on weight.
If pain does not subside You need to take local hydrocortisone injection for bicipital tendinitis and cervical traction for neck problem.
You can consult good orthopaedic surgeon for better results.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
