Experiencing Pain In The Right Testicle Due To Urine Infection

hi i am 52 and male i recently had a urine infection was treated with anti bios and seemed to clear up but now i have a very painful right testicle i have been 2 docs and she prescribed more anti bios ,the pain has nearly gone but noticed 2day my semen is very bloody looks like puss

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had UTI which was treated with antibiotics and now have pain in Rt Testicle.

The pain in testicle and cloudy and reddish semen is secondary to UTI .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get semen examination and semen culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Augmentin and anti anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily and .later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Please note that it takes long time for infection of the testicle to get cured hence you will need to antibiotics for 3-4 weeks.
