Experiencing Pain On The Right Side Of The Stomach
Hi I have a 15 year old daughter who has had pain in her right side now for 48 hrs. she said her pain is on a level 7 but I had her to emergency and had blood work urine test and CT scan done and everything was good but she is still in pain and now stomach sick as well I am very concerned about her
If a CT scan reported normal results, an appendix abnormality can be ruled out. I would have wanted more information from her like when exactly the pain started, other symptoms like vomiting, loose stools, etc.
But if all blood, urine and CT reports have not reported anything, request for a stool examination; and if even that reports a normal result, then the problem could be psychological.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
