Experiencing Pain Outside The Eyelid After Accidentally Getting Scratched
I accidentally poked my boyfriend in the eye while his eyelid was closed. Now two days later he says it hurts to open it and he thinks it may be scratched inside. Is there any way to help relieve the pain and/ or flush out his eye to prevent any sort of infection from the scratch?

If eye lid was closed then no chance of corneal injury. There might be abrasion on eye lid. Clean the eye lid with sterile swab. Apply neosporine eye ointment over eye lid for pain take hifenac p tab let twice daily after food. You will improve.
