I want to do PUsh Up or Dips to increase muscles. But after 1 dips i feel very weak and painful. what should I do to increse the stamina so that i can do 25 push up every day. My Age is 22 years old and My weight is 55 kg. I am Lean and thin also. I want to shape my body.
Hello there, Before you start with push ups you need to warm up and stretch. It would be good to do a bit of cardio around 20 minutes . Jog would be good enough.Once you do that then you can go ahead with dips. Start initially with single set of 10 then gradually increase .Make it a routine .Follow the routine it will definitely improve the stamina. Goodluck.
