Experiencing Rapid Hairloss. Grainy Crystals On Scalp. No Help From Topical Creams. Suggestions?
My problem is dermatolgical/immunilogical. I'm a male who is experiencing rapid hair loss in certain regions of my central-frontal and occipital regions of my scalp due to large irregular shaped nodules with grainy crystals (like sand) throughout my scalp that leave residue in the tub when I wash my hair. I don't think my dermatologist is treating it aggresively enough. She gave me Betamethsone and Clindimycin topical. Any idea what this causing this? My regular CBC and chemistry with differential and metabolic panel look fine. Slightly high total chlosterol (277) with tryglicerides slightly elevated.
