Hi, am Rebecca from Kenya. Been having very intense abdominal pain that started during my menstral period. I went for a scan and this is what the report says.. The relatively no-gravid uterus with evidence of multiple small mycometrial fibroids some of which show evidence of calcific and cystic degenerative changes is noted. The largest fibroid...is on the anterior myometrrial segment with resultant displacement of the endometrial stripe echoes posteriorly. The endometrial / myometrial borders are clearly demarcated.
