Experiencing Severe Lower Back Pain

Hi I am 20+4 weeks pregnant and since being pregnant my wee as had a colour to it but tonight It doesn't I had a sever pain in my lower back yesterday morning when woke up so took so parracetamol (sorry for the spelling if incorrect) and then it went so didn't think anything of it but last night before I went to bed I went to the toilet and my wee was clear just want to know that this is normal

Hello & Welcome too HCM,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be normal if no kind of vaginal discharge.

Pain might be due to enlargement of uterus as increases the size of fetus and also due to deficiency of calcium also. So please sure about your calcium intake as dietary and medicine both.

Please do not take Paracetamol without doctor recommendation, it can effect the fetus.

Do mild massage of back but do not use hot water bag.
