I am 6 months pregnant now and for past 1 week i am having continuous pain in my ribs below chest. at the mid of chest and above my belly iam feeling the pain which is intolerable and unable to stand or walk for more than 2 mins. im avoiding spicy foods now. plse do something

I think u should get yourself investigated if the pain is so severe. It is most likely gastritis, but other GI conditions like pancreatitis needs to be ruled out. Go and see a gastroenterologist.
