Experiencing Sharp Pains Below The Abdomen Due To Pus Cell On High Vaginal Swab
yes . I did a test recently and the result was that i have pus cell in the high viginal swap. now i have sharp pain below the abdomen. what could be wrong doctor? i also did a radiological test and it reveals adenomyosis.How should i attend to these issues

Hi,
You have sharp pains due to adenomyosis. You have 2 options, either you insert Mirena IUCD or go for a hysterectomy if you have completed your family. For pus cells, put Clid Vl6 vaginal pessary every night for 7 days.
