Experiencing Sharp Pains On Lower Abdomen Area Due To A Mild Injury

Got into a fight with my boyfriend, he shoved me and we sat there screaming for hours, finally stopped. Was feeling nausea during the fight and really weak. Once the fighting ended I've been having sharp pains in my lower abdominal area. I'm 11 weeks pregnant. Is the baby and myself ok?

I'm afraid this kind of mishap is most unpleasant, both for the psyche and the physique and this is one of the causes of abortion. Do have an ultrasound scan as soon as possible to assess your baby's well being.
