Experiencing Sharp Poke Underneath Belly Button During Periods. Had Period Twice Last Month. Pregnant?

I am currently experiencing a sharp poke right underneath my belly button, I am on my period but this is the first time that I have ever experienced poking right underneath my belly button. I also feel a ticklish feeling in my abdominal. Last month I had my period twice, except the second time was strange I had very little blood with repetitive chunks coming out and cramping for a week. This month my period is normal, although that sharp pain underneath my belly button is strange. The poking is not due to being gassey I would feel it without being gassey. The poking started 3 days before my period, the feeling comes and goes. Usually on my period I'm never moody, except this time I am extremely moody every little thing seems to upset me what is going on? Could I be pregnant?
