ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, the child is suffering from eczema/sebeorrohic dermatitis and regular washing of the areas with luke warm water help. After washing dry the area completely and you can apply antibiotic with steroid ointment or an antifungal with steroid cream over the area depending upon the clinical findings. You need to take the opinion of a dermatologist for that. Please get your ear examined by an ENT so as to rule out any debris collection in the ear canal which frequently happens. Avoid entry of any cream/ointment in to the eyes. Regards
