I've been having back pain and stomach pain in the pelvic area on my left side on and off for three weeks. Last monday to wednesday it felt like someone was pinching my hips. The pain is about a 5 out of 10. Then it subdued the rest of the week

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
When you have a period the possibility of the pregnancy is very less, rarely some times it may become positive.
The pain could be due to the pelvic infection, urinary tract infection, or stone in the ureter near the bladder.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
