Experiencing Stomach Cramps And Difficulty In Passing Stools
25 weeks pregnant last few days cramping with urge to poop and this morning felt like I had to poop very badly with a lot of belly cramping but only a little came out light brown balls with white stringy stuff and a few red spots, don t know if I should be worried
First of all, make sure your are consuming an adequate amount of fluids and that your diet contains a high amount of fibre to help with proper stool formation.
You should also know that the colon is irritated during pregnancy by the increasing size of the uterus, making the individual experience a sensation of wanting to pass stools often, although nothing much is passed.
The red spots in your stool are the only question mark here, and if you have not consumed any susbtances that can contain a red dye or coloring agent, red chillies, tomatoes, etc; then you might want to report to your caring doctor just to make sure all is well.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
