Experiencing Stomach Pain, Fever, Diarrhea And Pain While Urinating. Symptoms Of Flu?

My daughter has been complaining that her stomach hurts by her rib for about a week and on Friday night she showed a temperature. She says her belly still hurts a little by her belly button and to the right of it but not as much as before. I've given her Tylenol today but the fever hasn't gone down. Last night it was up to 102.4, but when I stripped her clothes off she was fine. She hasn't thrown up but has had some diarrhea, and a cough and runny nose. is it the flu or something more serious? I thought at first she had a bladder infection cause shed cry when she urinated and had been holding it way too long... but she s been going more regularly again and the pain seems to have gone away. HELP

The chances of urinary tract infection is more likely If I would be her Doctor then I would first treat this case as urinary tract infection and if it is this then it gives very good result with ofloxacine 400 mg twice a day with urine alkalizer, second possibility would be viral fever, I would advise you to wait couple of days if it does not come under control then investigation and clinical examination is must have nice day
