Hi,

The pain under breast can be due to gas collected under diaphragm. You can chew pills of Tab. Gelucil (over the counter) thrice a day. Avoid spicy or hot thing while eating. Bland, fresh and cold food taken in small quantity along with salads, would help. Try to have clear bowels. In case of no relief, consult and get physically examined by your family physician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
