This is Dr Amit. Let me help you in this case. Sirenomelia can very well diagnosed with the help of PRENATAL ULTRASOUND showing signs of 1Fused legs
2 Absence of sacrum
3 Vertebral defects
4 Imperforate anus
5Absence of rectum
6Absence of external genitalia
7Absence of internal genitalia etc. There is no other diagnostic modalities available for it.
