Explain Effects Of Costachondritis While Having Arthritis In Knees, Ankle And Shoulder
I have just been diagnosed with costachondritis.. I was wondering what the prognosis is in terms of my training..I teach group fitness classes up to 5-6 hours a day. I have arthritis in both my knees and ankle, and shoulder. Is this going to re-occur, how long will I feel like this?

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. It is a self limiting condition and you can continue your routine activities.
