Exploding Headache After Being Hit In The Temple, Extremely Nauseated, Tired. What Should I Do ?
I got hit in the timpile and can't remember how .. I noticed an hour later when I had a exploding headache and got extremely nauseated , reached for the left side of my head being my tempil noticing a huge KNOT ! I have been extremely tired and slept most of the day still slightly nauseated with a blur feeling as I was yesterday after whatever happened happened .. I also can not chew nor can I open my mouth to fit food in ' I have called the hospital and spoke to a nurse I figure I'll have pain a few days but not being able to chew the horrid headaches and non remembrance of the accident freaks me out ! What should I do

Based on the symptoms given in the description, I feel that you need an evaluation to rule out any intracranial hemorrhage (bleeding within the brain). This is because headache,nausea,blurring of vision and amnesia are not good signs after injury to skull.
So i suggest you to have a CT scan of brain and consult either a neurophysician or neurosurgeon for further workup.
