External Hemorrhoid In Kidney, Anus Feels Painful, Ulceration And Canker Sore. What Is This?
I have what appears to be an external hemorrhoid (kidney bean size) on my anus which is very painful. After looking at it in the mirror I noticed that it seems to have some sort of ulceration/canker sore looking thing on it, which I'm assuming is what is making it so painful. I've never had hemorrhoids before, what is this?

It seems that you might be having fissure-in-anon or some wineral wart.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile apply antibiotic cream.
Avoid constipation.
