Extra Layer In Throat, Pain, No Fever, Dry Cough, Done Gargle. Taken Cetrizine. Want Advice

Sir, I have difficulty in breathing since 1 month. feeling there is a extra layer in the throat . I have a mild pain in the throat since then. NO fever, yes I have dry cough . BUt during 3,4 days I am feeling much better after gargle salt water in the night. is this alergy ? I had taken antibiotic before 20 days an still continue with cetrizine. plz advice.

Membrane is not formed due to allergy.

An adherent membrane is formed during infection with diphtheria.

You should get your throat examined by an ENT specialist at your earliest and take treatment accordingly.
