Extreme Constipation, Vaginal Bleeding, Lump Under Hip Bone Post C-section. Due To Cyst?

I just had a c section 7 months ago and have now been extremely constipated and have been bleeding for the past 9 weeks. I just found a hard lump about a pea size under my hip bone . Do you think it is just a cyst or something more serious. My doctor has requested a sonogram so I am waiting for them to call so I can sett up my appointment.
